What we collect, why, and what you can ask of us. In plain words.

Last updated: October 23, 2026

Aurizon Groupe Logistique collects personal information through the forms on this site: a company-sale enquiry, an investor enquiry, a message. This page explains what, what for, how long we keep it and how to have it corrected or deleted.

It applies to this site and the exchanges that follow from it. Our subsidiaries’ sites each have their own policy.

  1. What we collect

Only what you type into a form yourself.

    • In all three forms: your name, email, phone and message.
    • For a company sale: your company’s name, location, years in business and, if you choose to give it, a revenue range.
    • For an investment: your organization, investor type and the purpose of your request.
    • For a message: the reason you chose.
  2. No cookies, no tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no audience-measurement or advertising tools. That is why it asks for no consent for them: there is nothing to accept.

The typeface is hosted with the site rather than by a third party: displaying it reports your visit to no one. Links to our subsidiaries and to LinkedIn are plain links.

Like any website, the host keeps technical logs (IP address, browser, pages viewed, date and time). They are used to run and protect the site, never to identify you.

  3. Why we collect it

Each piece of information serves one specific purpose:

    • Assessing an acquisition opportunity and discussing it with you.
    • Answering an investor or financial partner.
    • Answering an application, a media request or any other question.
    • Meeting our legal obligations.
  4. Confidentiality of sale and investment enquiries

These two forms go straight to leadership. The very fact that you wrote to us is shared with no one, including within our subsidiaries, without your consent.

  5. Your consent

By sending a form, you consent to our using this information for the request you make, and for nothing else. You may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us.

  6. Who else has access

We never sell, rent or trade your information. Two technical providers are involved:

    • The site’s host, through which pages and technical logs pass.
    • FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which relays form content to our mailbox.
  7. Processing outside Quebec

These providers may process or store your information outside Quebec, where laws differ from ours. If you would rather avoid that, email us directly: your request will be handled exactly the same way.

  8. How long we keep it

A request that leads nowhere is deleted once we no longer need it. Information tied to a transaction or an investment is kept for the period required by law.

  9. Your rights

    The law allows you to:

    • Ask for access to the information we hold about you.
    • Have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected.
    • Withdraw your consent.
    • Ask for information that is no longer needed to be deleted.
    • Receive your information in a commonly used technological format.
    • File a complaint if our answer does not satisfy you.
  10. How to exercise these rights

Write to the person named below. We may need to verify your identity before answering. We reply within thirty days.

  11. Security and incidents

The site is served entirely over HTTPS. If an incident posed a risk of serious harm, we would notify the people concerned and the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec, and we keep a register of confidentiality incidents.

  12. Changes

This policy will be revised if we add a tool to the site, in particular an analytics tool. The last-updated date is shown at the top of the page.
